Helping teachers

improve classroom behavior

because behavior shouldn't stop you from loving teaching!

I have been in your shoes and want to help YOU…

Better Understand Behavior

I used to rely on behavior charts too — until I learned why they weren’t working for all of my students. When you know the WHY behind behavior, real lasting change is possible. Without it, behavior strategies may just be a quick fix.

Respond to Behaviors More Effectively

I used to second-guess what consequences to use and when. Now I teach teachers how to respond with confidence and clarity by focusing on the WHY behind the behavior.

Empower Decision-Making Skills

Behavior tracking doesn’t have to be a guessing game. I’ll show you how to make it quick, simple, and actually useful.

Hey, I’m Ashley!
I started my career teaching kindergarten, first, and second grade — and I loved it. But some days, behavior made it really hard to actually teach.

A few years into teaching, I was gifted a very unique bunch of students with behaviors I had never had in the past years. I tried all the usual tricks (clip charts, rewards, reminders)... but they weren’t enough. I asked for help and welcomed all of the district specialists into my room to provide tips. Don’t get me started on all of the data and extra work that came along with that.

That’s when I went back to school to study Applied Behavior Analysis. Now, as a BCBA with over 15 years of experience, I help educators understand why behavior happens — and how to make lasting, positive change in the classroom..

I’m also a mom of two young boys, so I get the chaos, the laughter, and the love that comes with helping little humans learn and grow.
